1. Booking Acknowledgment :

By confirming any appointment, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these policies. You authorize Glownest Spa LLC to charge all applicable fees—including those related to cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows—to the payment method on file, in accordance with these terms.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy :

• A full refund is available for cancellations made 12 or more hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• All refunds are subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee.

• Cancellations made between 10 and 1 hour before the appointment will incur a 50% charge. of the service amount.

• Full charges apply if  services for the day have already commenced or if the cancellation is made within 1 hour of the appointment.

• Clients may reschedule an appointment up to two (2) times at no additional cost.

• If the client cancels the appointment after rescheduling it twice, a 60% cancellation fee will be applied, regardless of the notice period.

3. Rescheduling Policy :

• Rescheduling is free of charge if requested 5 or more hours before the appointment.

• Rescheduling 2 to 5 hours prior to the appointment incurs a 20% rescheduling fee.

• Rescheduling within 2 hours of the appointment incurs a 50% fee.

• Requests made within 30 minutes of the appointment, or while provider(s) are already on-site, will incur a 100% charge.

• Clients may reschedule up to two (2) times at no cost, provided each request is made 24 or more hours in advance.

• A third reschedule will incur a 30% rescheduling fee, regardless of notice period.

• If the appointment is canceled after rescheduling twice, a 60% cancellation fee applies.

4. Waiting Policy :

• A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

• After the grace period, a fee of $1 per minute will be charged for the provider’s wait time.

• If the provider is required to wait more than 30 minutes, or if the client fails to show, the appointment will be canceled with no refund.

• If the service begins late due to the client’s delay, the session may be shortened to accommodate the provider’s schedule.

5. Legal Notice :

Glownest Spa LLC reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our official website and will take immediate effect unless otherwise stated. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of our policies.
